The company was found on 30.01.1991 by the name of “Yazov” SLtd with sole-owner eng. Dimitar Yazov. In 2002 it was transformed into “Yazov” Ltd.

Owners and managers of the company are:

1. Civ. Dimitar Nikolov Yazov – born on 13.05.1956, a civil engineer finished the specialty “Industrial and Civil engineering” in VIAS – Sofia in 1981. Until 1991 he worked in the system of industrial construction – Sofia as Head of Project and afterwards Chief Engineer of large industrial projects like SLZ Rakovski, TEC – Plovdiv, OZZU – Plovdiv, KM – Record Plovdiv, TEC Maritza Iztok 2, and Hitkombinat – Novokuibishevsk – Russia.

2. Miroslav Dimitrov Yazov – born on 24.05.1980, economist, BD in Macroeconomics from the University of Plovdiv “P. Hilendarski” in 2002. Since 2002 he works as executive manager in the real estate agency “Divengan”. Since 2004 he is financial manager in Yazov Ltd.

Through its divisions and partners the company offers the following types of services:

Real estate and financial services consulting agency.

The company employs over 1000 people. The inventory of “Yazov” Ltd. includes over 11 000 square meters of casing and shattering, fully functioning armature yard, 7 cranes, 6 buses, over 100 hand electrical and mechanical tools, etc. Annually “Yazov” Ltd. constructs between 120 000 and 150 000 square meters of residential, administrative and trade areas.

After its foundation the company worked mainly on the Bulgarian construction market, mostly small and medium industrial and residential projects in Plovdiv and the district. The company was founder of the Union of Plovdiv Builders and Repairers – the first professional union of construction workers in Bulgaria. Dimitar Yazov was the first chairmen of this Union and as such, afterwards, founder of the Bulgarian Construction Chamber – Sofia, in which he was member of the Board of Directors from 1991 till 1994.

In September 1994 a company “Yazov” Sltd – Israel was found. Since 1995 the company’s activity is mainly focused on Israel due to vast construction market and a good reputation among Israeli investors.

In Israel “Yazov” Sltd constructs mainly residential and public buildings in the cities Ashdod, Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Hercelia, Raanana, Rehovot, Haifa, Oda Sharon, Kiriat Ono, Hedera, etc as a subcontractor for some of the major investors on the territory of Israel which include “Ahim Israel” and “Kenig” – Jerusalem, “Solel Bone” and “Cevet Berkovich” – Tel Aviv, “Oren Hasela”, “Ehiel Abu” and “Shimon Sarfati” – Ashdod, “Ofer” – Kiriat Ono.

Some of the major projects with interesting and unique architectural outlook in Israel include :

Residential complexes in the center of the city of Ashdod – City 20, City 21, City 31, City 32, City 33, district Iud Bet, etc.;
Residential complex “Asherman” in the city of Raanana;
Hypermarket – Canyon, 45000 sq. m. in the city of Rehovot
Administrative and public buildings;
“Hen – Kamor” – Tel Aviv – representation of BMW and Mercedes;
“Bate Victoria” – Tel Aviv – representation of the American car industry;
“Misrad a Bitahon” – Tel Aviv – Ministry of Defense;
The new theater of Tel Aviv – “Teatron Kameri”.

The company has constructed over 150 projects on the territory of Israel with total construction area of more than 1 000 000 square meters.

Since 2002 together with its Israeli partner Rilon – Tel Aviv the company began construction of “Business and Trade Center – Plovdiv” with construction area of 12 500 sq. m. which was completed and successfully put into use in December 2004. In the beginning of 2005 the company began working over the expanding of the center with additional 3 buildings which were put into use in September 2006. The total construction area of the new bodies is 7 000 sq. m., which combined with the already constructed Rilon Center and the existing between the two building – which was successfully renovated and put into use, have a construction area of more than 22 000 sq. m., which makes the center the largest business center of the city.

Currently the company is working in Plovdiv on the following projects.

residential complex “Ori Buildings” with construction area of 37 000 sq. m. the started in 2005, consisting of 7 residential bodies with 300 apartments, 200 underground and 200 on-ground parking plots and trading area with more than 100 stores and 60 offices, found near by the Plovdiv International Fair, of which the company is co-investor
residential complex “Maritza Gardens” near by the Exit of Plovdiv to Pazardjik, which consists of 21 buildings and has over 500 apartments,
complex with mixed functions – residential and administrative, “Sky Buildings” with total construction area around 130 000 sq. m., found on the back of “Lokomotiv” stadium near park “Lauta”. The company is an investor in the project.
Residential complex “Beverly Hills”, village of Markovo, district Plovdiv, consisting of one-family houses, around 80 and 20 4-stores blocks with 14 apartments per block.

Also the company is vastly enlarging its Sofia market niche along with the company “Prime Group” SA, where the construction of two residential complexes with total area of over 30 000 square meters has already begun. Two residential complexes with marvelous views at Vitosha Mountain and Sofia was finished at the end of the year 2005. The investment and construction has been done from Yazov Ltd along with Dira Ltd. The two companies are now working together on a residential complex in the Sofia district - "Manastirski livadi". In Sofia the company is working also on projects with its partners “Tobo Group” – projects in the districts “Manastirski livadi” and “Studentski grad” and “Engel Group” – project “Slanchev dom” in the district “Gorna Bania”.

Yazov Ltd. is a winner of the Golden Trowel and Golden Pencil Awards for building of the year 2004. Yazov Ltd. is also a winner of the price “Best construction practice” for the year 2006 from the “Bulgarian construction chamber” and is winner in 2007 in the competition for the biggest achievement on construction market for the Plovdiv district.

Since 14 June 2005 Yazov Ltd. has been approved by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance to the following Quality Management System Standards:
